Where does my order come from?
All orders are dispatched from the Brands themselves directly to you. You can see details in the description on each product page.
How long will my order take to ship?
Each brand has different standard and express shipping times, although the average delivery time falls within 7 days of purchase. You will receive shipping confirmation emails and delivery updates directly directly from the brands once things are en route.
How do I return an item?
Contact the brand that you received the item from. This will be available to you in the shipping emails you received from the brand. Email email@example.com with any other issues and we will happily resolve them.
How do I know my order was successful?
If your order has been successful you will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received by us, and is being processed. (These can sometimes land in your junk or spam folder so check in there too)

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, they cannot be cancelled or amended.
